Tony Clemens here and welcome to the world of racing pigeons. This is my hobby all my life. It is very exciting if you ask me and I just couldn’t think of anything better to do than to raise, train and then race these pigeons. The feeling of fulfillment that I get out of it cannot be compared with any other activity that I have tried.

I started taking care of these kinds of pigeons when I was young. I could still remember it quite clearly I got hospitalized for some sickness. For my getting well present my Uncle Fred gave me a couple of racing pigeons. He said that I should take care of those and that I should train them. I have no experience in taking care of pigeons or any other type of bird, but I did my best with that first batch of birds. From then on I would always ask for racing pigeons as my present.

My collection became so huge and I then I started selling them. I realized that there was more to the activity that I was doing. I really became hooked to it. Because of this hobby of mine I met a lot of friends from different places.

Now what I want to do is to spread the word about racing pigeons. I am writing articles aimed at providing information about the raising and training of these magnificent birds. I am sure that more people would want to engage in this hobby once they realize the amazing things that can be derived from it. I hope that all of my articles will bear fruit and will help in informing more and more people today. I want to do my part in sharing the word about racing pigeons to the whole world.
